Return & Exchange

By placing an order through Mulantique, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure transparency and help clarify our return and exchange processes. These policies apply to orders shipped within the United States.

 

30-day Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. All returns must arrive at our facility within 45 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please note that all clearance items, customized products,  furniture, made-to-order items, wallpaper samples, and items from the Last Ones Collection are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, contact us at support@mulantique.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns must be shipped out within 7 days of return approval. Please note that we do not offer free return pick-ups.

 

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues

 

Many of our products are handcrafted, making them unique with slight variations and imperfections. These characteristics make each piece distinct from the images shown. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we want to make it right.

 

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. If the damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide proof of the damage (including photos of the product and packaging). We will evaluate the issue and promptly work on sending a replacement.

 

Please be advised that damage claims may take time to process, and we appreciate your patience.

 

Exchanges

 

We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us at support@mulantique.com.

 

Restocking Fee

 

In certain cases, returns that do not meet our free return policy may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Each return is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
