Shipping Costs Within the USA
We generally offer free shipping on most products within the contiguous USA, to provide you with a better shopping experience.
For larger items that require additional shipping fees, you will be notified on the product page and during the checkout process.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Mulantique Shipping Policy
At Mulantique, we offer three types of products: READY TO SHIP Products, MAKE TO ORDER Products and QUICK SHIP Products. Below, we outline the shipping details for each approach to ensure transparency and a smooth experience.
READY TO SHIP:
Most of our products are READY TO SHIP items, meaning they are in stock with the manufacturer and will begin processing as soon as possible.
• Processing Time:
For items we have in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
• Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks for smaller items and 4-6 weeks for larger items, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched.
• Expedited Shipping:
If you’re in a rush, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout for select products.
MAKE TO ORDER Products:
If your order includes MAKE TO ORDER items, this means the product will be crafted specifically for you once the order is placed. As such, these items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Processing & Production Time:
Since each MAKE TO ORDER item is crafted specifically for you, please allow 2-9 weeks for the production process to be completed, depending on the product.
• Shipping Time:
Once your custom piece is ready, it will be shipped directly from our trusted partners. Delivery typically takes 3-7 weeks, depending on your location. Therefore, the total delivery time for made-to-order products is approximately 5-16 weeks.
• Tracking Updates:
You will receive regular updates on your order’s progress and a tracking number once it ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
• Fast Production:
Thanks to our strong partnerships with artisans and manufacturers in China, we strive to ensure that even custom-made items are delivered as quickly as possible.
Please Note:
For made-to-order products, the entire process—from crafting to delivery—may take between 5-16 weeks, but we guarantee the wait will be worth it for your unique, personalized piece!
QUICK SHIP Products
If your order includes QUICK SHIP items, this means it's in our warehouse in the USA and is now processing and will ship out within the next 2 business days, with delivery expected in 1-2 weeks.
As we continue to grow, we plan to offer more Quick Ship options to better serve you.
Inventory and Availability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to stay updated with our partners regarding inventory, there may be unexpected out-of-stock situations since we do not hold the inventory ourselves. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and will do our best to ship your product. If that’s not possible, you will receive a full refund if the product is no longer available from our partners.
Order Tracking
To keep you updated on the status of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. This will allow you to monitor the real-time location of your package.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier-related delays. Holidays are not considered business days and may affect shipping times.
Taxes and Duties
For U.S. customers, there are no additional import fees, duties, or VAT (Value-Added Tax) on your purchases.
International Orders
We currently do not accept international orders. However, feel free to contact us with any specific requests, and we will see if we can accommodate them.
